My focus is how the trading platform performs, and I have no complaints. As for the outage, I don't know of an on-line brokerage who hasn't suffered an outage. And while you or I did not precipitate it, is Zecco responsible for any losses resulting? How so? When I open a positon, I do so with the full knowledge that "System response and access times may vary due to market conditions, system performance, and other factors." It's part of the risk that I assume. It is the same with any on-line broker -- except that most charge more.
