    IBM is loitering. You may ask, "IBD Dude, what the heck are you talking about?"

    IBM is hovering right around it's $130.09 buy point but has yet to breakout in heavy volume. We should count ourselves as lucky though, perhaps it will wait to breakout on or after the market follow through we've all been waiting for. Or, it's just....

    My  Bottom Fishing group watch list wouldn't include IBM of course, but the indicators I use flashed a down tell on Tue. close.  My tells aren't perfect and sometimes early, but my stuff also shows IBM very overbought.
