Any particular reason you've decided on Vanguard, period?
I've been using Fidelity for my IRA (invested similarly to yours, less emphasis on the index fund though) and their selection of funds is top-notch. The account is free (who would have it otherwise?) and their interface for tracking portfolio information as well as researching is excellent. Pretty much all Fidelity funds are free transactions (unlimited as far as I can tell) and either no or low load. You can also purchase non-Fidelity funds, some with a transaction fee that varies (I've seen it from $3 - 8 or so), and some free.
Comparatively, the Vanguard funds you've listed are all 3 stars, whereas the Fidelity funds are 4 stars on Morningstar. Looking at returns, the Fidelity funds are typically giving better returns by a significant percentage (which is funny considering they're both supposed to be index funds tracking general market trends....)
Just throwing out another option for you that I've been very happy with!
