    I just went to the free introductory class at invest tools. their service is kind a expensive but in term of concept and knowledge, It's not bad for a free class.

    I find a website call

    www.insidercow.com

    which is the website that reporting the trade of the people inside the company
    because they are from the inside, they know what's going on.....
    The only use tracking insider trade is that when you see a huge amount of stock being sold/bought by the people inside, you better sell/bought yours as well.
    If you know any other good website, please share!

    Investools is the best there it for self-guided online education.  Those guys are the Pros from Dover.  Go ahead and spend the $995 for their first introductory class.  And go there well rested,. well-caffeined, and ready to take notes furiously 'cause it comes at you out of a firehose.

    What you get is access to their website for six months.  After that it's still cheap for what you get, $60/mo..  If you're a good student, you can learn almost everything else you need by drilling into the website anywhere you can.

    Insider trading?:  execs sell for many reasons, but they only buy for one.  Still, they can be wrong too... execs at EEE have been buying with both fists and it's still a dawg.  Same thing happened at PARL.  And WTSLA.  A pattern of consistent exec selling however, is evidence they are strip-mining the shareholder base to line their own pockets.  As at SSTI.
