or "IRA Simplifier" should appear below the drop-down menu.
Please click on each document that appears before you,
which will open a pop-up window with the document.

Enter your Social Security Number when prompted.
NOTE: For International customers without a Social Security Number,
please enter your Government ID number to retrieve your documents.
